Master Painting & Renovations

Born to Renovate

Dave Waldner grew up in renovations. Throughout his childhood, the house’s he lived in were continually being remodelled, and when he was 10 years old, he started helping out his dad on his drywall crew. He began painting houses with his brother Jeremy at the age of 15, and within a month he was running a crew of his own.

In 2008 Dave and his wife Amy moved to Chilliwack, B.C. to start their business. Within a few years, they have established themselves as one of the most visible and highly rated painting and renovation companies in the eastern Fraser Valley.

There are 3 essential things to know about Dave Waldner: he loves his family, anything Star Wars related (look at his license plate), and building dream kitchens. In that order.

Expect the Unexpected

Older homes seem to have a mind of their own. It isn’t uncommon to start demoing, only to find bad framing, bad wiring or bad plumbing. The trick is to take it all in stride, we’ll do our best to keep the unexpected to a minimum. However, it’s important to remember that it happens and to be prepared.

And while we try to cover all the bases during the preparation process, the fact is, clients sometimes change their minds. So when minds get changed it can throw the whole schedule off.

  • Older houses often contain “surprises”
  • Expect the best, but plan plans to change
  • People change their mind
