and Planning

Everyone needs a castle, a place to return at the end of the day that feels safe and secure—a place that feels like home. It is vital to plan every last possible detail to make the most of your functional space and also to boost your investment in the long-run.

Before we start planning, it’s important to think about your household’s lifestyle and how your renovation will satisfy everyone’s needs.

Are you an empty nester on the verge of retirement? Do you have small children? This will help you decide what storage and fixtures that are needed. Perhaps someone in the household has mobility issues, so specialized equipment and handles need to be added for safety and comfort.

Why Renovate Your Home?

  • Improve your property value
  • Upgrade comfort level of your home
  • Create more functional space
  • Increase storage space
  • Update and personalize
  • Build your whole home around you (not the other way around!)

Case Study

Darren Bosch

When Darren bought this house, it only had two bedrooms; this was a problem because he needed another bedroom for his kids. The master suite was also in deplorable conditions and was badly in need of an upgrade. The flooring was old and in bad shape, and the fireplace was dated and (frankly) quite ugly.

The Problems

  • Only had two bedrooms
  • Needed another bedroom for kids
  • Required master suite upgrade
  • Dated flooring and design
  • Old and dated fireplace

The Solutions

The ended up gutting the entire upstairs. The Master suite was redesigned, and an extra bedroom was added in the open loft area. All new lux plank flooring was added as well as premium carpet in the bedroom and stairwell. Lastly, we retiled the fireplace and add a mount for the TV.

  • Gutted entire upstairs
  • Redesigned master suite
  • Added an extra bedroom
  • All new lux plank flooring
  • Premium carpet in bedroom and stairwells
  • Retiled fireplace, added a mount for TV
