What is Process Control?

Process control is a methodology to project and discipline in order to maintain quality and consistency while the work on your home.

Through proper planning, budgeting and scheduling your job will be able to minimize worry, reduce the possibility of something going wrong and inevitably be completed on time and budget.

There are hundreds of decisions that will need to be made during the course of your renovation. We help provide structure and support so your primary decisions to answer the project stays on schedule and on budget.

Some Tips To Keep In Mind While Planning

In order to keep your project on time and on budget we try to carefully plan—in advance—every aspect of the renovation beforehand. Through proper planning, budgeting and scheduling your job our aim is to minimize worry and anxiety throughout every step of the project.

  • Communication – Our first rule in the planning stage is: communication rules supreme. We'll spend as much time as possible working with you so that we can project your vision into reality.
  • Combine Projects – If you're doing your renovation in stages, make sure you don't space out smaller projects that could be done at the same time.
  • Budget For The Unexpected – There are some things you just can't plan for—so it's important to keep around 20% of the budget set aside for unforeseen costs.
  • Compromise – When doing a job on a fixed budget you may have to make some hard decisions along the way. Make sure you're ready to compromise so that in the end we're as close as possible to getting the job done on time and on budget.

Of course these are just a few things to consider while planning your project. Even if it doesn't come up it's still great to try and anticipate things so that when (and if) something unexpected happens, you're prepared for it.
