The 8 Things We Look For In Master Painters

Minimum of 2 years experience – no less, please. We’re on the lookout for Masters!
Prep work is thorough – from drop sheets and masking to caulking, filling, sanding and priming, your prep must always be thorough and correct.
Precise cut-ins – a straight-cut line done freehand is absolutely necessary.
Excellent rolling – quality rolling means an even, uniform finish with little to no orange peel and no rollers lines.
Comfortable on all ladders – if your knees get wobbly on ladders, we won’t be the right fit for you. Sometimes you’ll need to work on a 40ft ladder.
Have your own reliable transportation – our projects are scattered all over the place. You need your own vehicle and license.
Independent team player – you work well with a team, but you also have the initiative to work start to finish without direction and constant management.
Spraying is an asset – while this isn’t a make or break requirement, it will definitely make your application stand out.
