PROJECT OVERVIEW

When Darren bought this house, it only had two bedrooms; this was a problem because he needed another bedroom for his kids.

The master suite was in deplorable condition and was badly in need of an upgrade. The flooring was old and in bad shape, and the fireplace was dated and (frankly) quite ugly.

The location was incredible, but the house itself drastically reduced the overall value.

THE SOLUTIONS

We ended up gutting the entire upstairs. The Master suite was redesigned, and an extra bedroom was added in the open loft area. All new luxe plank flooring was added as well as premium carpet in the bedroom and stairwell. Lastly, we retiled the fireplace and added a mount for the TV.
