The Starting Point
A Townhouse Stuck in Another Decade
Behind a tidy exterior, this Sardis townhouse had not been touched in years. The kitchen wore cream cabinets and mauve laminate counters. The bathrooms were all gold-framed glass and cultured marble. The hallways were sponge-painted in dusty pinks, over wall-to-wall carpet.
None of it was aspirational, but all of it was fixable. So we took the home back and rebuilt it into something bright, current, and easy to live in, one room at a time.
